they found me!!
lol theyve found out just where to nibble the feeder ports so they drop out, dispensing sunflower hearts to all (where they fill up the under tray)!!
wired them all on, will probably have to go for a big yankee droll metal job.
oh.. new camera this week!!! finally getting the dslr Ive wanted for 2 years.. so watch this space for pics

Squirrels can really be a pain in the wallet. I tried giving the local one its own feeder but it ignored that and still attacks the bird feeders.

Im getting a canon 450D, and a few lenses that Im sourcing seperately. body should be here tomorrow, but Ill have to wait a week for the lenses. Very excited!! been along time since I had an SLR.

yeah I think they will!! I caught him right at it yesterday and got some shots (old camera) which Ill put up in the morning when I have more time.
ReplyDeleteWe also had our first Greater spotted woodpecker yesterday actually on the sunflower feeder. It seems the oversized perches are really good for everyone! no shots though.
new camera came yesterday afternoon, so lots of new pics coming over the weekend!
